I'm planning to plant seeds in the garden as soon as my northern clime will allow. I guess I think of this blog being like those seeds; with a little care, my beans, beets, and lettuce will grow, and the results will be enjoyed by my community of family and friends. With some care, this blog will also grow into a valuable network of information to be enjoyed by the fresh-cut produce community. The goal is for us all become more educated about the issues important to fresh-cut produce, and discover solutions together.
I won't grow the seeds my garden alone, and this blog won't grow to what it can be with just my limited perspectives. I look forward to your help in nuturing these fresh seeds of thought. Have some fun digging, planting, weeding and fertilizing!
